Through God's Eyes

The Blessing in Disguise:                                    A Poem

There is purpose in the pain and a blessing in disguise. Just wait and see. Look up to the skies. Where silver linings are, we see them all the time. We see the hurt and all the pain. God sees the purpose and the gain.

So when you are down and you are out. Just look up, about

The time you you just keep on,

A lesson will be learned,

A blessing will return.

This is a poem I thought up one night. I was just laying in bed thinking of struggles which were overwhelming me in that moment. It was then that I realized what the term blessing in disguise could really mean. Getting to the depth of the meaning of that phrase I realized how important one should be thankful for blessings already obtained. before the hard time and during the hard times. Because there will be more than one. #Adulting is hard. #letsberealhonest So in this deep moment I realize how great are the blessing of life. I think to myself, ' What a wonderful life this could be if we looked at life through a different color lens?' Search my heart God and know me, because I want to be more like you, aspire to know greater things, accomplish greater tasks and learn to not just live through struggle but to strive while I am STILL IN the struggle.

I just wanted to share this; to thank the Lord for giving such life lessons whether in the good and the bad. This thing is full time folks. Life doesn't just stop halfway through your struggle. It keeps movin' on because that is just what it does. And so we go on and on and on again until we hit another wall, another struggle. It seems to suck the life right out of ya sometimes. Though it may be difficult we do not have to respond in an unkind or non-prosperous manner. You can learn to embrace and learn from the struggle. Learn to be great today despite the circumstance. Aspire to be wise today because might take away the easy but it doesn't have to steal YOUR joy and life goals and aspirations. Learn to see through God's eyes, that He may be a lamp unto thy feet (Psalm 119:105.) Take the bull by the horns, if you will, and just keep going. You can do it!
