The question rises more often than not, “If God is Almighty, than why is there so much hurt and pain in the world?” For some time, I didn’t have a good answer, or really any answer. As I pondered this, a thought came to my brain. God gifted Adam and Eve with free will.
The choices that Adam and Eve made caused a ripple effect. They were kicked out of the Garden of Eden, Adam had to work hard for their food, and Eve would be in an incredible amount of pain, when giving birth. The truth is, their choices effected their kids, and so much more. It’s easier to blame someone else for their choices, as its easier to blame God for our choices. You want to know why there is so much pain and hurt in this world? Well, we all need to look in a mirror, our choices cause a ripple effect as well. There is either rewards, or consequences for our choices. It’s a hard pill to swallow, but an important one.
People may argue that there isn’t a God, but as someone once pointed out, I would rather serve God, and find out in eternity, that there isn’t one, then not to serve him and find out, that there is a God. Someone once said, that everyone prays. People who say there is no God, well sometime in their life, they have prayed. More often than not, their prayers always start something like, “God, if your real.”
The thing [is,] we all have choices. We all have hurt and pain, but God already took the blame once, thousands of years ago. He died on the cross, so we didn’t have to. When we blame God, for our own mistakes, and choices, it’s like we are nailing him to that cross over and over again. I’m not writing this to condemn you, but to remind you, that instead of blaming God, turn to God. He will show you the right way. The more you make the choice to grow a relationship with him, the more he will reveal himself to you.
Take a look around, at your Parents, kids, nephews, niece, friends, close loved ones, and think about the choices you have been making. Ask yourself, “How are the choices that I am making, going to not only affect me, but also affect them?” Remember, one act of kindness, can change the world. Instead of blaming God for all the hurt and pain, make the choice to ask God to help you be the solution.

Great reminder
